Promotions

1) How do I use a discount code?

If you have a valid promotional code, enter it in the Discount Code box during checkout. Your discount will be applied before payment is completed.

2) Can I use more than one discount code?

Unless stated otherwise, only one promotional code can be used per order.

3) Why isn't my discount code working?

Common reasons include:

• The code has expired.
• The minimum spend hasn't been reached.
• The code only applies to selected products.
• The code has already been used (if it's single-use).
• The code was entered incorrectly.

4) Can promotions be used on sale items?

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined with products that are already discounted.

5) Can promotions change?

Yes. Promotions may start or end without notice. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

Gift Vouchers

1) Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes! Room & Roost Gift Vouchers are a great way to let someone choose something they'll love for their home.

2) How are gift vouchers delivered?

Gift vouchers are delivered digitally via email after purchase.

3) Do gift vouchers expire?

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

4) Can gift vouchers be exchanged for cash?

No. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded except where required by law.

5) Can I use a gift voucher with a discount code?

Yes, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

6) What happens if my order is less than the value of my gift voucher?

Any remaining balance will stay on your gift voucher for future purchases until it expires.

7) What happens if my order costs more than my gift voucher?

You'll simply pay the remaining balance using one of our accepted payment methods.

Terms & Conditions

Promotions cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or resold.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time.

Promotional offers are subject to availability.

Gift vouchers may only be redeemed through the Room & Roost website.
